1. Eligibility for Return

• Returns are accepted only in case of wrong, damaged, or defective products received which is not mentioned in product description.

• Return is acceptable only if opening video provided

• Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products purchased under discounts, clearance, or special offers.

• [Pre-loved / Surplus / Factory Seconds] items are sold as-is and may not qualify for return unless incorrect item is delivered.

3. Refund Process

• Once your return is approved and the product is verified, you will receive:

  • Refund to original payment method, or

  • Store credit, based on your preference.

• Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after product inspection.

4. Exchange

• Exchanges depend on product availability in stock.

• If unavailable, store credit or refund will be issued.

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.

• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
